Azets is the leading supplier of technology and services in accounting, salary transactions, HR etc. in the Nordic countries. Using a simple NetPromotorScore-survey they needed deeper and more qualitative information to gain insight into the customer experience.
The new survey conducted was at first the basis for the strategic work for improved customer value. Second, the survey made it possible to support customers with special challenges and make the Azets customer relation stronger.
