Aalund developed a system for measuring all forms of internal communication.
The system is flexible and adapts to customer needs while reports are accessed online on our own platform.
The system is able to measure communication from the CEO and all managers as well as from the Department of Communication and the effectiveness of various channels.
As an innovation, Aalund has developed an "Impact Index" which is able to quantify the "value" of effective communication. The value is measured in wasted hours or improved delivery speed.
2. Benefits
We have carried out studies showing that efficiency in certain departments of a company can be increased by up to 25 percent.
Overall, however, the company in question will acquire a thorough tool, comparable to employee satisfaction survey, which can be used by managers, including top management, to significantly improve internal communication.
It should be noted that the assessment is not of individual channels but of the entire communication process vertically and horizontally in the organisation. In addition to this comes insight into departments in remote locations.
