The case in short

EAC Timber with HQ in Antwerp was a successful supplier of tropic timber for window production. The company had sales subsidiaries in Germany, Italy and more countries.
In Germany, a local expansive wholesale company was both a customer and a competitor. And was considered as a risk for the business in Germany.
EAC wanted an unbiased study and proposals concerning strategy, concepts and actions. More studies were conducted and the conclusions were discussed at a 2 day workshop including a number sales directors from several countries as well as the CEO of EAC Timber.
