1. Substance
In Aalunds’s industry barometers, the main product is an annual reporting of customer satisfaction, competitor benchmarks, loyalty, switching behaviour, and future plans.

The various companies in the industry that buy into the Barometer receive a range of information about their own company's position and can order additional information that is not available to other players in the industry.

Simply put, the report consists of 50 percent customer information that goes to all stakeholders and 50 percent customer information that only goes to the individual stakeholder.


2. Benefits
As the main benefit, the Barometer customer receives a comprehensive and deep industry insight for 25-30 percent of the price that it would have cost the company to conduct the survey themselves.

At the same time, each customer still has the opportunity to formulate individual questions that are not accessible to other players.
