Internal communication is one of the few management disciplines that lacks professionalisation in order to meet the requirements of a modern company.

The report is based on in-depth interviews with 52 HR Directors and Managers in private and public organisations. The result shows that there are major challenges with internal communication. The report identifies three main problems.

The report also deals with the various stages of company development in relation to professionalisation.
